Lovejoy Signature Collection Fall
Signature cakes are a collection that include childhood inspired memories, reinvented popular favorites and seasonal fruits.
Fruit jams are made with organic fruit and sugar.
All cakes are made to order, please order at least 3 days in advance.
Cakes are finished with full coverage buttercream. Boarders, piping and other decorations are detailed in cake descriptions. Signature cakes can be customized to suit your celebration.
Caramel Apples
Spice cake with fresh Granny Smith apple chunks. Filled with caramel and cinnamon buttercream. Covered with cinnamon buttercream. Finished with a caramel drip, pipped bottom boarder and piping on top of cake.

Cardamom Carrot and Currants
Warming spice cake with carrots, toasted pecans and currants. Filled with cardamom/cinnamon buttercream. Covered with buttercream and finished with a piped bottom boarder and buttercream swirls and toasted pecan on top.

red velvet autumn
Tangy red velvet cake layers filled with fresh raspberry jam and chocolate ganache. Covered with cream cheese (*alternative) buttercream. Finished with floral piping details around sides of cake fall colors.

*The alternative cream cheese buttercream does not contain cream cheese. It is an acidic buttercream.

Vanilla cake with fresh squeezed juice and zest. Filled with chocolate ganache, and orange buttercream between the layers. Covered with orange buttercream. Finished with a chocolate ganache drip and a piped bottom boarder. Topped with buttercream piping.

The Spicy Pumpkin
Lovejoy spice cake with brown sugar and warm spices . Filled with candied pecans and pumpkin spice buttercream between layers. Finished wit pumpkin spice buttercream in a rustic texture and topped with candied pecans.
